Electric Aeration Systems
Offered in various types of series, these pond aeration systems can aerate a pond up to 6+ acres and 50' deep.
- Shallow Water Series™ - Are designed for ponds up to 6' deep and have 2 or 4 diffuser plates. These energy efficient systems feature a dual-diaphragm compressor.
- Shallow Water HP Series™ - Are designed for ponds up to 10' deep and have 2 or 4 diffuser plates. These systems use rocking piston compressors.
- Pond Series™ - Available with 1-4 diffuser plates, these systems use rocking piston compressors that can be used in ponds up to 21' deep. A Deep Water Kit can be added to aerate ponds 22'-50' deep.
- Lake Series™ - The biggest systems, able to aerate up to 50' deep. These units contain two rocking piston compressors housed within one cabinet and 4, 6, 8, or 12 diffuser plates.
Solar Powered Aeration Systems
Another alternative energy option for customers looking to go green. These pond aeration systems can be used in ponds up to 25' deep and can have up to 4 diffuser plates.
Decorative Fountains
Can also be used for aeration during the warmer seasons. Because the motor sits at the surface of the pond, the effectiveness is limited to 6' deep.
Solar Powered Fountains are also available.
Wastewater Aeration - If your lagoon or pond is less than 10' or you would like to see a lower-profile of water movement then we have the systems for you. Particulary effective in wastewater lagoons. They allow for a high concentration of aeration without stirring up the bottom layer of sludge.
Wastewater Pump Stations
Fats, oils, and greases (F.O.G) from problematic waste streams (restaurants, food processing plants, breweries,
etc.) can accumulate in lift stations causing blockage caps and corrosive buildup. This formation of F.O.G can be
detrimental to equipment as it can clog the flow of water, create foul odors, and increase maintenance requirements and costs.
Moving and agitating F.O.G is an effective way to reduce and eliminate blockage
issues. The HydraForce Lift Station Agitator is easy to install and operate, saves costly pumping and maintenance, and
extends the life cycle of pumps and other equipment.
Docks & Marinas
Problems with weeds in your dock area? Our systems will help keep your docks free and clear. Looking for a deicer for keeping your boat from ice forming around the hull? We have those as well. For larger applications we have Bubble Curtains, designed to provide a simple, effective and environmentally safe solution to prevent wind driven debris from entering canals, marinas and docks.

Where a municipal water service supply is not available as in rural areas, many townships and businesses will install a fire rentention pond. Fire ponds play a vital role in safeguarding lives and property. But over time these ponds can become clogged with weeds and silt.

Compost Systems
Aeration is the secret to composting. No Turning Required. Most people believe that compost needs to be turned to maintain aerobic conditions. However, when air is introduced into an active compost pile by turning, the oxygen level in the pile drops off very quickly—often to less than 1% oxygen content within 30 to 45 minutes. For this reason, “turning the pile” is an expensive and ineffective approach to composting.
Using an electric blower, we induce airflow through the pile to maintain aerobic conditions at all times. The oxygen stimulates the microorganisms that are already in the mix, and their by-product is heat. In a properly operated compost system, pile temperatures are sufficient to pasteurize the raw material and dramatically reduce offensive odors. High temperatures also destroy fly larvae and weed seeds. This means that the result of this process is safe, high-quality soil enhancement that supports healthy plant growth. Our aeration compost system provides a solution that is simple, safe and cost effective.
